We will deliver on the same day to the address given when you place an order before 12PM (GMT+7 or Cambodia Time).

In the case that your order could not deliver on the same day, we will check and update you via email for delivery schedule.

You must provide the working telephone number of receiver, the full and correct address. If a wrong or incomplete telephone number or address is provided, your order will be on hold for delivery till we get the correct information.

If the delivery location is a Hotel or Apartment, please provide the room number or unit number.

Does the recipient need to be at home/work to accept the delivery when it arrives?

Yes, if the delivery address is the resident (house). If the delivery address is Hotel or Apartment, there is a possibility to leave with the reception. But we would prefer the recipient to be at home/work.
